Adam T. Hill, CFP®
 
Adam is president of the firm. He joined Maxwell Financial Management (MFM) in 1997. Prior to that Adam had his own financial advising practice, which started in 1993. Adam is a Certified Financial Planner®practitioner. He is a past board member of the Central Ohio Chapter of the Financial Planning Association. He currently serves on the Franklin County Board of the America Cancer Society as well as the Executive Committee of the Drive for Life Golf Classic of which he is a past chair. Adam has been quoted in the press and other media over the years such as Bloomberg and Business First. He has 3 sons and lives in New Albany with his wife Kelly.

 

Richard W. Maxwell, CFP®

Dick is founder and CEO of Maxwell Financial Management. He is a 1969 graduate of Ohio Dominican University, and later earned a master’s degree from Xavier University. Dick began his financial planning career in 1978, and became a Certified Financial Planner® in 1988. Active in his community, Dick is past president of the Rotary Club of Gahanna and former vice president of the Gahanna Jefferson Education Foundation. He has served on the Ohio Dominican University board of Trustees since January 1989. Dick and his wife, Lynda, have three daughters.  Katy has worked with MFM since April, 2005. 

 

Dick and Adam provide comprehensive, fee-based financial planning, as well as other financial services for individual and business clients.  As Certified Financial practitioners, they believe in an objective, disciplined, process driven approach that takes into consideration not only quantitative data, but client values, dreams and aspirations as well.  They help people clarify their life's vision not only from a financial perspective but from an emotional one as well.  By engaging clients in meaningful dialogue, they can then analyze, design and implement a plan that makes sense.  Their unique differentiation and greatest value as planners is the ability to be a catalyst for clients when implementing their chosen solutions.

 

Dick and Adam work with families and individuals of all ages and economic status.  Their mission is to engage, through fee-based financial planning, that clients can maintain their independence, economic freedom, dignity and reach their goals, dreams and desires.
