 Richard W. Maxwell, CFP® - CEO
Dick Maxwell serves as the founder and CEO, and has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® since 1988. He has a long history of establishing client relationships, beginning in 1978 when he entered the insurance business, after 9 years of teaching school in Columbus, Ohio. A few years later Dick made the natural progression by expanding his services to incorporate the total financial planning process. Dick received a bachelor`s degree from Ohio Dominican University and a Master's degree from Xavier University. Dick resides in Gahanna, Ohio with his wife Lynda. He has three grown daughters, Melyssa, Laura, and Katy. Katy has been with Maxwell Financial Management since April, 2005. rmaxwell@fscadvisor.com
 Adam T. Hill, CFP® - President
Adam serves as the President of Maxwell Financial Management and has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® since 2000. Adam graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN in 1993, majoring in Economics and Marketing. He started in the financial planning business in 1993 and joined Dick in 1997. Katy M. Ufferman - Financial Services Director Katy is our Financial Services Director and started with MFM in April, 2005. Katy received her bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Dayton in 2003. She is fully registered with her series 7, insurance license and specializes in writing comprehensive financial plans. She is also responsible for all marketing and client appreciation events. Katy enjoys traveling, being involved in the community and living in Grandview, OH with her husband Matt. kufferman@fscadvisor.com
 Adam M. Roslovic – Financial Advisor
Adam is a financial advisor in our office who works with individuals and business clients in helping them reach their goals, maintain their independence and economic freedom through fee-based financial planning. Adam is a member and volunteer at St. Stevan’s Church and serves on the Ohio State Civil Engineering Alumni Board of Directors.  Danielle Nypaver - Lead Administrative Assistant
Danielle started with Maxwell Financial Management in May of 2011. She works with all aspects of the insurance business. She processes all of the new life, disability and long-term care insurance applications, monitors their progress through underwriting and manages the servicing of our client`s existing insurance policies. She is also responsible for all of our licensing. Danielle graduated from Ohio Dominican University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.  Suzy Munro – Administrative Assistant
Suzy joined our team in April 2009. She is originally from Columbus, Ohio and has returned from living in Austin, Texas. While she was there she worked for the U.S. Trust Bank of America Private Bank. She now resides in Clintonville and enjoys swimming with dolphins, SCUBA diving, going to Volkswagen car shows, and volunteering with groups as March of Dimes, Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association and Project AWARE.
